History

Founded or erected  on October 1^st,1977 by His Excellency Msgr. Paul Reding, 7^th Bishop of Hamilton.

Founding Pastor: Fr. John Dwyer. He gathered his flock for Sunday Masses at the gymnasium of St. Jerome School which will become later Annunciation of our Lord School.

The current church was dedicated as the 120^th parish of the diocese, on Sunday, May 10,1981 on its 125^th Anniversary year  by Bishop Paul Reding.
